Sometimes it is useful to not let your designs be considered binding by a prospective customer with whom you have left an initial proposal. Perhaps this client is getting other quotes and you do not want to leave much detail on the design. The purchasing public have been known to take one firms designs to another firm and ask how much it would cost to build that design! There is a small image that you can put discretely in a corner of your design that states you are not bound by any wrong perception a client may have implied from your design if you have not included much detail on it. This image is included in the Cover sheets & Disclaimer' folder. (also see 'Cover sheet').
